Criollo cacao comes from a plantation in the north-west of the island of Madagascar. It is a very rare and sought-after variety, accounting for 2% of world production. It is characterised by its high cocoa content and its distinctive and balanced floral and acidulous notes.

May contain traces of nuts and milk.
