All the products in this website are sold according to the law ( artt. 128 e ss. D.Lgs. 206/05).
If you have any problem with defective or damaged products please inform us by email to: ordini@teacaramelshop.it within 10 days from receiving of the goods.
Returned product will be substituted with an identical one or, according to the customer, with one of the same value.
A substitute product will be sent only after the receiving of the defective one. Customer must return the defective or damaged products in its original packaging complete of all its parts.
In case of substitution, all transport costs will be paid by VICENTINI 1920 S.R.L., so please wait for our instruction before sending back the defective products.
All non- alimentary products sold in this website are covered by the manufacturer warranty and by the 24 months defective warranty according to law (D.Lgs. 24/2002 and art.130 e 132 from D.Lgs. 206/2005)
